Review Policy
Due to college, I do have a busy schedule and am limited to reading/reviewing so many book each month. If authors/publishers would like to send me books, please contact me. I preferably review Young Adult books but can review Adult or Middle Grade books upon request. I cannot guarantee that those books will be reviewed in the coming month, but will be reviewed within an acceptable amount of time.


If a book is marked as an “ARC” it means I received an Advanced Reader Copy of the book through Netgalley, the author, or the publisher. Writing and content is subject to change in the final published copy.

This is a picture of Andrew Smith, my all time favorite author. Over the past weekend, I got to meet him, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Now, you may be wondering why this guy is  not just my all time favorite author, but also one of my favorite people, and I am going to tell you all about it. Mateo is going to die. Of course, he has to die sometime but he’s going to specifically die today. He knows because DeathCast called him at midnight letting him know. Mateo is eighteen. Rufus is seventeen and he is also going to die today. Neither of them are ready to go out. Mateo’s anxiety has made it so that he’s barely lived and Rufus is just rebuilding his life after his family died three months ago. Through the Last Friend app, Mateo and Rufus are able to connect and attempt to live their last day to the fullest, literally. Oh, and they might fall in love along the way.
